Unique and patented designed rollers made from self lubricating nylon allow for a very smooth aceleration and power delivery. Unlike standard round rollers the DrPulley rollers have more contact with the variator and do not suffer from 'flat spots' that round rollers do. The same nylon material is used for the sliders, allowing the variator to expand with little resistance. The variator comes with additional spacer washers allowing you to tailor when the the power is delivered at the required rpm range.

Includes dyno calibrated rollers to gain the best out of your engine. Offering improved acceleration combined with a higher top speed!

This variator forms part of our WORKS upgrade kit. This includes, Variator, Belt, Clutch Spring, Rollers, Airfilter and Tasso Stainless Exhaust along with our WORKS Remap for the ECU. This complete kit will get the maximum from your 125cc Engine, 10g rollers required for std and works125 tuning.

Heavier calibrated rollers are required when using with the Tasso Works 180 kit, please select 11g weight from drop down list.
